MOSTLY AI is committed to enabling employees to balance their work-life!

Our goal is to create a collaborative work environment that enables everyone to be successful and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Under this policy employees can have access to one of two different work arrangements:

  • 4 Day Working Week

  • Part-time

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

The purpose of this policy is to ensure the same arrangements are provided globally for all team members planning to work less hours.

However, such provisions are complex and may differ from country to country.

If you are hired via an Employer of Record, the People team will contact the EOR in advance to find out if such arrangements are feasible, and if so, what are the specific procedures in the jurisdiction in which you are hired. You are entitled to and need to comply with your local regulations. They override this internal policy.

This policy is provided for informational purposes and has no legally binding effect on you and MOSTLY AI.

Schedule

We understand that each employee's situation is unique, and we are committed to finding mutually beneficial solutions that support both the individual's needs and the organization's goals.

However, to ensure the success of this policy all employees that wish to adhere must:

  • agree in advance with their Manager which 1 day of the week they wish to be off.

  • always work the same days of the week. This means that there will be no “rotation”.

Part-time employees may work a set schedule or a flexible schedule, depending on the employee's availability and the needs of the company.

Workload and productivity

Employees working under this policy are expected to maintain the proportional level of workload and productivity as employees on a full-time schedule. Any issues with workload or productivity should be raised promptly and professionally to their Manager and the People team.

Duration

While we know that life can change fast, we aim for the change to last at least 3 months.

Evaluation

This policy will be evaluated periodically to ensure its effectiveness and sustainability.

Any necessary adjustments will be made based on the feedback of employees and management.
