The MOSTLY AI Open Peaks are all about reaching new heights and exploring fresh ideas. For a few days, we’ll break away from our usual routines - leaving behind our home offices and multiple screens - to meet in person, get creative, and collaborate amidst the Austrian peaks.
Plus, this offsite marks a significant milestone: it’s the first time we’ll gather face-to-face since the thrilling decision to open source our code. 💥 It’s a perfect opportunity to brainstorm, share knowledge, and envision new possibilities for our future.
We encourage all Mostlies to dive into discussions, contribute bold ideas, and build strategies together. This is our chance to think openly, innovate, and push boundaries together. #WinAsATeam
And of course, after all that brainpower, we’ll unwind and enjoy the peaks of Semmering* together because we believe in balancing hard work with play. 🏔️ ⛷️ 🥾
*Why Semmering? Conveniently located 100km away from Vienna, we can easily and quickly get there by train (🌍 says thanks!). Speaking of trains, Semmering Railway went into operation in 1854, and in 1998 it became the world's first railway line to be awarded the title “UNESCO World Heritage Site”.
Please register for the event HERE by Friday, 29 Nov 2024.

FAQs
Can I get in sooner? Can I stay longer?
Yes, but any extra accommodation or expenses outside of official offsite days will be at your own cost.
Can I fly from a location and go back to a different one?
The default is a round trip from your place of residence, but if necessary, you may fly to/from different locations, as long as it aligns with the cost of the default route.
Can I bring a partner, friend, or child?
Consider that this is a company event for us to foster connection between our team. If you go and spend time with your partner / friend / child, it defeats the purpose.
The People team is not the offsite police, but we trust you will understand and adhere.
See you there! 👋
