Personio is our Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
You will use it to:
manage attendance/time tracking
plan absences
keep the contact/personal details (phone, address, marital status, size, etc) up to date
a calendar integration is available. Go to your Company Calendar in Personio, and click Export. Here you can decide which calendar events you would like to export, and from which department. Then create the iCal link and integrate it in your external calendar.
The People team will use it to store all information around the employment relationship.
Leapsome
Leapsome is our Performance Management platform.
In Leapsome we track and collaborate on goals at all levels to create alignment, accountability, and transparency across the organization. There you will find all information about the goals of all business groups and you can track your own goals (OKRs).

Spendesk
Spendesk is our payments tool.
You will use it to:
