Leapsome is our Performance Management platform.
In Leapsome we track and collaborate on goals at all levels to create alignment, accountability, and transparency across the organization. There you will find all information about the goals of all business groups and you can track your own goals (OKRs).

We use Leapsome Learning for structured learning paths.
Team meetings, 1:1s and any recurring meetings are booked via Leapsome (there is an integration with Google Calendar), so all participants can collaborate on a shared agenda, take notes and assign action items.

Spendesk is our payments tool.
You will use it to:

request virtual credit cards for online payments (for bookings, recurring subscriptions or any one off payments)
request the payment of invoices(yours or from a vendor).
