For our main locations (As as of June 2022: Austria and US) we will have the public holidays populated in Personio. So MOSTLIES Ⓜ️ostlies in these two countries do not need to do anything.
For all other countries, MOSTLIES Ⓜ️ostlies need to request PTO in advance and mention in the comment box the name of the public holiday. Your manager will receive the request and gets notified about your absence and can plan accordingly.
